SCOPE OF BUSINESS

As an engineering company that is engaged in the maritime, oil and gas, telecommunications, and security/surveillance markets. We operates through the following segments:

MMC: Managed Maritime Connectivity
The Managed Maritime Connectivity (MMC) segment offers maritime connectivity as a service (MCaaS), offshore VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) calling services, ITServe, and customer services.
NESS: Navigation Equipment Support Services
The Navigation Equipment Support Services (NESS) segment typically involves equipment procurement, installation and maintenance, regulatory compliance assurance including GMDSS (Global Maritime Distress and Safety System), SBM (Shore Based Maintenance) and annual radio surveys.
SMA: Security/Asset Monitoring Advisory
The Security/Asset Monitoring Advisory includes CCTV cameras, access control systems, smart homes, consumer and professional lighting systems and controls, and packaged asset monitoring solutions.
IRD: Innovation, Research and Development
The Innovation, Research and Development segment plays the critical role of identifying and solving a wide range of complex, often unique, on-site challenges we or our client base come across. We have a team of in-house engineers who endeavour to proffer solutions with innovative technology that are generally applicable and/or customizable to meet a client-centric requirement.
